Group Training Description:

STā-FIT offers a fun and results-driven, community-based group training program that targets those of all physical fitness levels and goals. Whether it is Z-SPIRED or SWEAT, these group training classes are taught by our certified personal trainers that are trained to make sure that you are staying safe and having fun, while still pushing you to limits you never thought possible. If you like the idea of having all your workouts planned for you to ensure your goals are met, STā-FIT’s group training program is right for you!

Z-SPIRED:

Z-SPIRED is an hour-long class that is centered around one’s heart rate to ensure that people are working towards their fitness goals and can be modified to anyone’s fitness abilities. Using cardiovascular and resistance training, a Z-SPIRED class will help you burn around 600-1000 calories in one hour!

SWEAT:

The SWEAT class is designed to ensure that you will become an overall stronger and healthier individual by working the entire body with barbell movements. These barbell movements are generally followed by a strength circuit using different resistance training modalities, such as kettlebells or bodyweights. If you like to push yourself to new limits, SWEAT is for you!

HEAT Sports Performance:

The High Energy Advanced Training (HEAT) Program is a comprehensive program designed to enhance and restore flexibility, strength, power, speed, and cardiovascular conditioning. Our program is based on sound scientific and medical principles to help you reach your full fitness potential.

SHRED45

The goal of Shred45 is to help you develop, grow, and improve; both physically and mentally through progression in kettlebell, kickboxing, and HIIT classes.  Designed to achieve overall health and fitness, SHRED45 will get you in the best shape of your life. SHRED45 was developed with all fitness levels in mind. By offering a private studio, and multiple circuits, every client can work at their fitness level.

Express Circuit

STa FIT Express Circuit is a 10-station workout routine all fitness levels can enjoy. Whether you’re just a beginner or an exercise enthusiast, this fun routine combines resistance training with aerobic exercise to give you a total-body workout in less than 20 minutes—perfect for anyone looking to do a lot of work in little bit of time.

Kids Fitness Zone

Our goal is to help provide a safe and exciting environment which promotes having fun, being active and healthy.  STa FIT Kids Fitness Zone will help kids create healthy lifestyles habits that they can use the rest of their life.
STa FIT’S Kids Fitness Zone offers unlimited monthly membership options or day passes. Two hour time limit per visit.
