This class is designed to focus on and increase the participant's flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The class begins with a warm-up involving stretching and upbeat walking or cardio moves to prepare for exercise. Next, total body strengthening exercises using resistance bands and dumbbells that are partnered with cardio and agility exercises. Lastly, there is a cool-down with stretching.
- SILVERSNEAKERS CIRCUIT®
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silversneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation.

- Yoga GENTLE
Will move your whole body through a series of yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Chair support is available. Open to all ages and ability.
- Yoga VINYASA
Yoga poses are linked fluidly, but held long enough for the student to adjust to a healthy alignment and mental awareness. Participants will be guided through class to bring mind, body and spirit into balance.
