  • BOGAFIT offers a fun and unique workout on water, that builds strength, improves balance and coordination through carefully selected movements. The FITMAT platform adds a totally unique core body workout by creating controlled instability.
  • BOOT CAMP – Designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves alone. Fun music combined with a supportive group atmosphere creates an environment where participants not only challenge themselves, but those around them.
  • CARDIO DANCE - “Move to the Groove” with this unique dance program which combines easy to follow dance moves with Rock & Roll, Salsa, Latin, Modern, & other rhythms at a pace you will love!
  • CORE & MORE - A muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. Exercises target and tone your entire core.
  • CIRCUIT - This 45 minute class is the ultimate way to shape and burn fat and mega calories. It is set up as 1 minute intervals focusing on different major muscle groups using strength or cardio at each station to lose weight and increase muscle. The endless variety will not bore you. The class is for all ages and modified as needed.
  • H.I.I.T Express - (High Intensity Interval Training) -Basic exercises aim to get you up to your maximum heart rate-delivering maximum results!
  • INDOOR CYCLING - A high energy form focused cycle class open to beginner or avid cyclist. You will get an amazing interval cardio workout while strengthening your glutes, hams, and more! CYCLE 360- Combining the best of indoor cycling, off-the-bike strength training and core training. The result is a total-body circuit training.R.P.M. - Come take a ride on our indoor bicycles. Bikes are limited - reserve your bike at the front desk 30 minutes prior to class.
  • HIIT CYCLE -“Gear up” with biking intervals and sprints. Get the most bang for your buck with Cycling!
  • InstChoice - Includes drills that increase endurance & power, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, balance & flexibility. Cardiovascular drills will be alternated with resistance work. A mix-up of toning, cardio and weights-you can use the Bench, Bosu or just you and the mat.
  • KICKBOX BOOTCAMP - The ultimate motivating full body workout fusing kickboxing and effective boot camp style strength, endurance, and agility moves through circuits, obstacle courses, Tabata type training and more!
  • Pilates – A Mind – Body Awareness class. You will see improvements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture and abdominal strength – and decreases in back, neck and joint pain. Beginners to advanced levels.

This class includes a variety of Strength, Plyometrics, and Interval training that Kick calories and build Endurance.   • STEP - Utilizing an adjustable step, these classes bring your cardiovascular workout to new heights
  • STRENGTH TRAINING - This is an amazing 45 minute form-based instruction class in a semi private atmosphere with smaller class sizes. During this intense, but instructional class, focus on proper form that you can use during ANY of your workouts. This class is designed to concentrate FORM FIRST so any fitness level is welcome…..from beginner to advanced. Try it out TODAY!!
  • TOTAL BODY - This high energy class will build strength, help you tone up, and feel more confident. By combining weights and cardio, you’ll leave feeling strong.
  • YOGA – The class focuses on strengthening the mind and the body. Yoga classes build participants flexibility, strength, power, and balance which is accomplished through poses. The poses are a constant element, but the approach to them varies depending on the yoga tradition in which the teacher has trained
  • Yoga GENTLE - Will move your whole body through a series of yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Chair support is available. Open to all ages and ability.
  • Yoga Stretch - Enjoy pure relaxation as you focus on increasing your range of motion. Class is appropriate for all levels & focuses on the stretching component of yoga.
  • Yoga VINYASA – Yoga poses are linked fluidly, but held long enough for the student to adjust to a healthy alignment and mental awareness. Participants will be guided through class to bring mind, body and spirit into balance.
  • ZUMBA - The fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Ditch the workout and join the party!


  • SILVER&FIT - This class is designed to focus on and increase the participant's flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The class begins with a warm-up involving stretching and upbeat walking or cardio moves to prepare for exercise. Next, total body strengthening exercises using resistance bands and dumbbells that are partnered with cardio and agility exercises. Lastly, there is a cool-down with stretching.
  • SILVERSNEAKERS BOOM- Mind--Strength. Confidence. Flexibility. Mind takes the best from yoga and pilates and combines them into one
    fusion class. Designed to relax the body and mind with peaceful music and invigorating movements. The focus of this class is on the core
    muscles, lower body strength and balance. Move It--A higher intensity dance workout that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. Move It is all about Breaking a sweat and having fun. Muscle-- A blend of cardio and low impact strength-based athletic exercises inspired by
    functional movements and popular sports.
  • SILVERSNEAKERS CIRCUIT® - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing
    circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silversneakers ball is alternated with
    low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation.

  • H20-Total Body- This class targets your whole body. Class can take place in shallow or deep end of the pool.
  • MASTER SWIM – Don’t let the name fool you. Master Swim is for everyone – whether you’re training for a triathlon or just want a good swim workout. Our only requirement is you’re able to swim down and back the lap pool without stopping.
