I started losing weight my freshman year of college. At the time I was going to school for Culinary Arts. Now I am pursuing a degree in Community Health to educate and promote health to others. Having been overweight in my past, I learned that there are right and wrong ways to losing weight. Getting your mind and body to connect is one of the hardest things to do. We must mentally trust our bodies through the transformation to see the best results possible. I believe this is possible by using our bodies as a key resistance tool in every workout. By doing this we are listening to what our bodies want and can achieve rather than what our mind wants. There is no miracle cure for reaching our personal goals. But with the right tools we can accomplish anything.
