  • BODYFLOW ® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
  • BODYPUMP™- the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
  • TOTAL BODY BLAST - Take yourself to the limit with the ultimate challenge of intense cardio & resistance training; 4 minutes of resistance upper & lower body training to 2 minutes of intense cardio.
  • CARDIO DANCE- "Move to the Groove" with this unique dance program which combines easy to follow dance moves with Rock & Roll, Salsa, Latin, Modern, & other rhythms at a pace you will love!
  • CIRCUIT - This 45 minute class is the ultimate way to shape and burn fat and mega calories. It is set up as 1 minute intervals focusing on different major muscle groups using strength or cardio at each station to lose weight and increase muscle. The endless variety will not bore you. The class is for all ages and modified as needed.
  • CYCLING - A high energy form focused cycle class open to beginner or avid cyclist. You will get an amazing interval cardio workout while strengthening your glutes, hams, and more!
  • CYCLE 360- Combining the best of indoor cycling, off-the-bike strength training and core training. The result is a total-body circuit training.
  • KICKBOX BOOTCAMP - The ultimate motivating full body workout fusing kickboxing and effective boot camp style strength, endurance, and agility moves through circuits, obstacle courses, Tabata type training and more!
  • Pilates - A Mind - Body Awareness class. You will see improvements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture and abdominal strength - and decreases in back, neck and joint pain. Beginners to advanced levels.
  • SPIKE - Short on time and/or need a variety, join us! Spike your heart rate and scorch body fat in only 30 minutes! This class includes a variety of Strength, Plyometrics, and Interval training that Kick calories and build Endurance. SPIKE it and your body will work (a.k.a. burn calories) long after you exercise session is complete.
  • STEP & PUMP- Utilizing an adjustable step, these classes bring your cardiovascular workout to new heights in record time. Tone, sculpt & strengthen your entire body with resistance training.
  • STEP 30min- Utilizing an adjustable step, these classes bring your cardiovascular workout to new heights while toning and sculpting your body.
  • TOTAL BODY - Tone, sculpt & strengthen your entire body with resistance training. Improve your muscular strength using body bars, dumbbells, bands & other equipment with minimal rest periods between exercises

  • YOGA - The class focuses on strengthening the mind and the body. Yoga classes build participants flexibility, strength, power, and balance which is accomplished through poses. The poses are a constant element, but the approach to them varies depending on the yoga tradition in which the teacher has trained
  • Yoga FIRE SCULPT- Join us for a fierce fusion of yoga, strength and cardio training. Move through sequences in a warm room designed to help relieve stress, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and improve body awareness. Please bring a towel and water to this class.
  • Yoga GENTLE - Will move your whole body through a series of yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Chair support is available. Open to all ages and ability.
  • Yoga Stretch- Enjoy pure relaxation as you focus on increasing your range of motion. Class is appropriate for all levels & focuses on the stretching component of yoga.
  • YOGA Flow - Yoga poses are linked fluidly, but held long enough for the student to adjust to a healthy alignment and mental awareness. Participants will be guided through class to bring mind, body and spirit into balance.
  • ZUMBA ® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle, that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
  • STRONG by ZUMBA ® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.


  • BOOM Muscle - A blend of cardio and low impact strength-based athletic exercises inspired by functional movements and popular sports.
  • SENIOR STRENGTH & STRETCH- This class includes a short warm up, followed by strength and toning exercises using hand weights and resistance bands. The second portion of the class includes deep stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion. All exercises are conducted in either a standing or seated position. No mat necessary.
  • SILVER&FIT - This class is designed to focus on and increase the participant's flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The class begins with a warm-up involving stretching and upbeat walking or cardio moves to prepare for exercise. Next, total body strengthening exercises using resistance bands and dumbbells that are partnered with cardio and agility exercises. Lastly, there is a cool-down with stretching.
  • SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC® - This class incorporates athletic exercises that boost overall fitness. Move through muscle-conditioning blocks and activity-specific drills to improve strength and functional skill.
  • SILVERSNEAKERS CIRCUIT® - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silversneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation.
  • SilverSneakers BOOM™MUSCLE PLUS Tai Chi energi (intermediate to advanced) - 45 minute class designed for the baby boomer population This class is designed around athletic-based choreography inspired by HIIT training trends. Equipment used: Hand-held weights. Tai Chi are moving meditations which use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection, reduce stress, and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health.


  • AQUAFit - provides an intense, low impact workout with different movements aimed at increasing flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular ability. Non-swimmers welcome. Class can take place in shallow or deep end of the pool.
  • Aquafit DEEP WATER - A great aerobic and resistance training class that will help strengthen your muscles without putting added stress on your joints.
  • BOGAFIT-offers a fun and unique workout on water on a fitmat, that builds strength, improves balance and coordination through carefully selected movements. The FITMAT platform adds a totally unique core body workout by creating controlled instability. Advanced sign up required. Additional fee.
  • MASTER SWIM - Don't let the name fool you. Master Swim is for everyone - whether you're training for a triathlon or just want a good swim workout. Our only requirement is you're able to swim down and back the lap pool without stopping.
  • SILVER SNEAKERS SPLASH - A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash -board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.
