What Can I Expect?

In our initial 60-minute session, we'll explore your situation and determine our areas of focus. Follow-up sessions can vary depending on your needs, but often four to six additional sessions of 30 minutes each will provide enough support to successfully launch your new health behaviors. You can always schedule additional sessions as goals or needs change.
