  • SENIOR STRENGTH & STRETCH- This class includes a short warm up, followed by strength and toning exercises using hand weights and resistance bands. The second portion of the class includes deep stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion. All exercises are conducted in either a standing or seated position. No mat necessary.

  • SILVER&FIT - This class is designed to focus on and increase the participant's flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The class begins with a warm-up involving stretching and upbeat walking or cardio moves to prepare for exercise. Next, total body strengthening exercises using resistance bands and dumbbells that are partnered with cardio and agility exercises. Lastly, there is a cool-down with stretching.

Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silversneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation.

Tai Chi are moving meditations which use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection, reduce stress, and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health.
