  • How Old does my kid have to be?
  • 12+
  • Where are Classes Being Held?
  • At our Midtown Location
  • Why is it at Midtown and not Sartell?
  • We have access to an entire Basketball court worth of space at Midtown. We also have specialty equipment there that require a larger space to be able to utilize; for the best program possible for your child.
  • When are Classes?
  • 7am and 9:30am Monday Wednesday and Friday
  • Can my kid use the gym outside of class?
  • Yes, your kid will be a member during this summer program, just like anyone else!
  • What if my Kid Already has a Membership?
  • His/Her General Membership will be put on freeze until the summer program is complete.
  • When Do Classes Start?
  • First Month: June 7th Through July 2nd
    Second Month: July 12th Through August 6th
  • What is Included if I Pay for Both Months upfront?
  • You will get a 4th workout each week, to be done as Homework, that your child can do; starting the 3rd week of the program. You will get a full week of Homework for the week of the 4th of July, while we don't have class. "Cheat Sheets" for your Athlete discussing: improving their sleep habits, Basic Nutritional needs, Improving Hydration, Supplementation, and recommendations for Days-off/Recovery Days.
