After training in the gym for over 35 years and being a Natural Competitive Bodybuilder, it just felt right to become a Personal Trainer. Helping people transform and achieve their goals is what I love to do.

I've worked with a lot of really cool people. Each person offers me a new puzzle to try to figure out. Whether nutrition, education, inspiration or working out is the missing link, I want to teach/explain it. Through my own fitness journey, I have been forced to constantly refine my own process. As Head Coach of SPARK, I can continue to help as many people as possible; that's my goal.

I became a trainer as an extension of coaching athletics. I wanted to work with people of all ages and skill levels. I also wanted to help them understand that fitness and health are lifelong commitments that they can make to ensure that everyday life is easier and more enjoyable! Whatever goal they have, together we can achieve it.

Put you through a Movement Assessment to better establish the ideal program for you
Talk to you about the importance of Cardio and Resistance Training
